Initial extended assessment (online only)

90 minutes including written summary report - £220.

The first step to therapy is to complete an initial extended assessment session to allow us to map out an accurate sense of your difficulties and needs and formulate a plan of treatment.

This price includes a written summary report and any necessary correspondence. I will also provide signposting to helpful resources.

Individual therapy sessions

Sessions are 55 minutes @ £115 per session

Following an initial assessment session, we will then meet for regular therapy treatment sessions. You may be given tasks to do between sessions to help you gain as much benefit as possible from the sessions.
