Initial extended assessment (online only)

90 minutes including written summary report @ £220

The first step to starting therapy is to complete an initial extended assessment session to allow us to map out an accurate sense of your difficulties and needs and formulate a plan of treatment.

This price includes a written summary report and any necessary correspondence. I will also provide signposting to helpful resources.

Individual therapy sessions

Sessions are 55 minutes @ £120 per session

Following an initial assessment session, we will then meet for regular therapy treatment sessions. You may be given tasks to do between sessions to help you gain as much benefit as possible from the sessions.

Please note: I am a registered provider with some health insurance companies. Please contact me to ask for information as to whether I accept your insurance company at present. I am a registered member of the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC) pyl30786, and the British Psychological Society 192505.
